On Lineage there is an option "smallest width" in developer options, making a note of the default and reducing it may stop apps going portrait.
Why won't you sideload apps, with the stock Nvidia play store there is not that much available, I was surprised that Google Earth was not listed.

Actually, after posting my reply I caved in and side loaded the orientation app. ?

Not recently since i found Flakie...has the advantage of a remote control GUI.

He does seem to have abandonded development which is a shame but If you know of other similar apps Im all ears !!
