video not working

Hi,
Sometimes, on my U1, the video in firefox or chrome does not work.
Has anybody else have this case ? Can please someone help me ?

Yes, and it has to do with the way one browser or the other use or don't use interpreters for sites using Java applets, I would say, as the websites that don't use Java applets seem to be ok in Chrome. So in some cases you have to use one browser for some of the videos/sites to work and for some other videos and sites it will work better with the other browser.
It might even happen for you not to be able to watch but a blank (black) video with sound (f.i. in the YouTube app) and simultaneously not being able to load any video in any of the web browsers, in which case you should clear the cache (in Settings - Storage), stop all running apps and turn off the box to execute a totally clean start.
