Though the chipset does not officially state in their datasheet that X3399 supports HDR, but actually it does.
To enable this feature, you'll need to make sure that the HDR option is enabled on TV.
Make sure the videos are with HDR.
Also, you'll need to playback them with the pre-installed video player.
Do not use Kodi if you want to get HDR, because the Rockchip chipsets doesn't seem to have a good compatibility with Kodi, not like Amlogic does.
