To enable this feature, you'll need to make sure that the HDR option is enabled on TV.
Make sure the videos are with HDR.
Also, you'll need to playback them with the pre-installed video player.
Do not use Kodi if you want to get HDR, because the Rockchip chipsets doesn't seem to have a good compatibility with Kodi, not like Amlogic does.

I dont have the pre-installed media player you mention, i must have uninstalled it at some time..is it possible to provide the apk for it ?
