I have downloaded the file you provided for the Z83-MX Win 10 -

How do I make this into an ISO so I can install it? I've tried just changing the extension name to .iso, but Windows file manager just freezes when I try that. Same using 7-ZIP.. Is there another way to install from this Zip file?

There are some steps you can do: (to transform the .zip file to ISO file)
1-Download cd burner XP program and extract the files
2-After you install cd burner XP choose data disc (pay attention to the files directories)
3-Inside cd burner xp create ISO image
4-inside cd burner xp save compilation as ISO file (all the files must have already be copied)
After you done all that steps you can use ventoy:

5-final step copy ISO image to ventoy and use ventoy to install the firmware
Warning (all data will be erased)

Notes:
-I tested with other devices and it worked fine (J50C-4, NGC-5, N42C-4, G41V-4)
-the attached files are from J50C-4 plus and win11 but the process is the same
-minix firmware already have the correct device drivers included
-you need to boot the modified minix firmware (ISO file) in grub2 mode (ventoy)
