Is there a fix for the Dolby Atmos and DTS X Pass Through Problem ? Any Patches or Hot Fixes ?
Hello,Using the official MINIX firmware...... No and no. No or no.
Use CoreELEC & HD audio passthrough functions well.
Unfortunately CoreElec does not currently support DVYes I'm using CoreELEC but i'm missing Dolby Vision Now
If you find the U22 does not meet your current needs for now then yes.do i need to go back to the U9 ..

DV works on the U22 using its inbuilt media player
Coreelec/Kodi does not support DV AFAIK
Dolby Atmos does work on the U22, just not HD variants
MInix have failed to supply a firmware that works on the U22 for HD audio (unlike the U9)
I have not deleted anything regarding your anger towards Minix, I share your frustration being a U22 owner myself. I am however a moderator on this forum, voluntary I might add, with a duty to keep it clean and helpfull as well as ensuring members respect the forum rules, the only things I have deleted from your posts are swear words (profanity) and the promotion of other products which you have named and compared prices against Minix products. This is a clear breach or the forum rules and if you cannot abide by those rules then it is better you contact an administrator on the forum to delete your account, I unfortunately cannot do that for you.you Can erase all you want in my posts ,this nothing change to thé réality
