How do I update/upgrade the firmware?

So here I am, I just purchased a Neo U22-XJ Max and find it is already not supported ... Not too happy about that !!

Can anyone point me to a How-to on changing the firmware with something that will be supported in the near future ... My Main requirement would be to run Netflix

Is this official ? So its the end ,they stop Android "home boxes" ?
They stop working on the existing boxes u22xj/max firmware..?
This forum not allow posts about industriel minix boxes ..(no support)

MINIX agreed that we can now support Industrial models.
@MINIX - Martin was supposed to be adjusting the Industrial Model area of the Forum to reflect this!
