Need help taking upgrades on my Minix box. It gets stuck when trying to download an update and just hourglasses on reboot screen. Please help..thanks.
Minix has never taken upgrade since 2017, hourglasses on reboot screen

Which firmware version is your U9-H currently running? (You may check this in the U9-H's settings -> About -> scroll down to the bottom for the "Build". Mine (for example) is FW008, which FWxxx number is yours?)
Have you tried factory resetting your unit? You can either do that from the U9-H's settings -> Storage & Reset -> select factory data reset. (Or, you can follow the instructions here... https://theminixforum.com/index.php?threads/neo-u9-h-factory-reset.225/ .)
Otherwise, if you've already tried this, you can still download the latest firmware (FW008) & manually reflash your device with the latest version yourself.
