Minix u9h not working

Hi,
I have been in this same boat for quite a few months, I'm ready to give up on the U9 and buy something else that works.
I updated the PSU, reflashed the firmware I was already on 008, total reset, but the blank screen no signal persists. It happens more frequently now, but it is random.
anyone else solve this?

My Minix is having exactly the same problem.

First a few months ago it was the screen flickering... firmware flashed.

Now today in the morning, turned it on, blue led, boot screen and after that a good black screen of no signal.


I'm getting tired of flashing firmwares and losing all configurations, and still don't know if this one will be solvable.
Please send me a PM, I will ensure this matter is resolved immediately for you.

I updated my Minix U9h.After update my device goes blank , nothing comes up. I can see the blue light on my minix , however , nothing on the screen. I tried reseting and everything but it didnt work. Now i try holding the Turn on/off button for 6 seconds however it doesnt respond.
This is exactly what happened to mine. Has there been a resolution yet? Like a reflash?

My NEO U9-H box boots up to the point that the robot appears. Then goes to no signal. Any suggestions as to fixing this without losing data.

Try a factory reset :
I Just replaced a Egreat R200S due not being able to update it. I was advised to buy a MINIX U9-H NEO and was having problems having made the wrong choices when setting it up. The factory reset has allowed me to use alternative settings so I can now view Videos of Movies and Series. I am not a computer nerd and much of the online advice I do not understand. Your instructions were easy to understane and follow. Thank you SKYNET. Any advice on updating an Egreat R200S would be appreciated.
 
My 3 month old Minix u9h stopped working. It has a blue led light with no signal on TV. Already tried different HDMI Cable as well as different TV still not working. Turned it off and turned it on several time still not working. Please help


I’ve found a solution
You need to change the display resolution
It works for me

Ok make sure you can hear the feedback click sound so you know when you are moving
1) Press down once - Up Once - And keep pressing left 3 times (JUST TO MAKE SURE YOUR IN THE TOP RIGHT CORNER)
2) Press Down Twice
3) Press Right Four times (Click Ok/Select)
4) Press Right Once (Click Ok/Select)
5) (Click Ok/Select Again)
6) Press up continuously until you feel that your at the top off the list
7) Press Down Twice for the first resolution (CLICK OK/SELECT) if it didn’t work repeat number 6 and go down one step after everytime

Like now you would go down 3 times Press ok/Select if that didn’t work repeat number 6 and then press down 4 times and press Ok/Select and continue

Thanks Tyrone it is display resolution issue.
My Samsung smart Tv is 4k and i have manually changed the resolution to 4k2k-60hz. After that when i restarted the box i started facing the issue, blue light turns on but no signal on TV. even tried to reset the box by pressing power button continuously and was unsuccessful to reset.

your advise has worked well and when i set it to 1080p-60hz it is working fine.

can you guys advise what is the recommended resolution for Samsung 4k smart tv.
