I had U9h with it I could connect the Ps4 controller but now I bought U22-XJ and the Ps4 controller does not connect Bluetooth always hangs. And I have already installed the last update but still does not work.

It works for me. Press the controller reset button near the left trigger. Hold "share", then hold "ps". Controller should start strobing. Release buttons and pair.

I did that but it doesn't work Bluetooth shows the controller but when I click to connect; it hangs and does not connect. I also reset the network settings but it still doesn't work.

Have you tried turning off the Bluetooth and then turning it back on? Have you confirmed Bluetooth works on your U22-XJ with another device? Do you have a 1st Gen Dualshock 4 or a 2nd Gen? Try to pair with WiFi off. After successful pair turn WiFi back on.

I don't Kwon 1st or 2nd Gen I send a Photo under the Controller. I have also doing with the turn off and on the Bluetooth but doesn't working.

I had the same hang issue, I backed out of the pairing then straight back in, clicked on the controller displayed and it immediately paired:

If I will Connecting its writing all everytime Paaring... And hangs.
Yes and as I said the same happened to me, keep backing out then back in and click on it to pair, if it doesn't pair in a few seconds back out and back in to try again.

Best I can tell is your controller is a 1st Gen European market model. You still haven't confirmed that Bluetooth is operational on the U22-XJ. Have you tried pairing a Bluetooth mouse, keyboard, or headphones?

pretty sure Ive read somewhere (by @Villa ?) that the antenna is an integral part of bluetooth connectivity. It does seem to work much better for me when it is connected anyway ...
WiFi is 2.4 or 5 GHz.
Bluetooth is 2.45 GHz.
Sometimes Bluetooth and WiFi share antennae. That's why I suggested turning off WiFi, pairing the Bluetooth peripheral, then turning WiFi back on. I don't know if 2.4 GHz WiFi is close enough to interfere, but I've had success turning WiFi off while Bluetooth pairing.

It does! I am a frequent user of bluetoooth headphones connected to the Minix boxes. With the antenna in place you can get almost a 15 meters range, while without the antenna it starts losing signal at about 3 or 4 meters.

All what your write I have do it but doesn't working. Minix must be find what here the false is.
This a fault with your setup and not a Minix problem, myself and others have connected our PS4 controllers to the U22.

So, do you have your U9 still powered on near the U22 because then it would be connected to your controller and the U22 would fail to pair? Have you tried unpairing with the U9 first then try pairing with the U22? As already questioned have you confirmed you bluetooth is working by connecting a different bluetooth device?

The U9h no longer exists. And I reset the controller. And I have also reset the U22-XJ factory settings. But it still doesn't work.

Then you only have three steps left:
1. Connect another bluetooth device to confirm your U22 can pair bluetooth without problems, if yes then step 2, if no then step 3.
2. If possible, borrow a PS4 controller from a friend and confirm it pairs which would confirm your PS4 controller is faulty, if it doesn't pair then step 3.
3. Return your U22 under warranty.
