We didn’t notice this pop-up window until you told us.
I can’t say this is a bug, it’s more likely to be a hidden feature.
I will told our engineer to add “Shutdown” and “Sleep” option to this pop-up windows in the next fimware version.

We have powerkey definition in tv settings/droid settings.
We have sleep now, shutdown, restart functions and it works very well.
One press on IR power button - device does what you have set in powerkey definitions.
Long press on IR power button - we have two options: restart and screenshot.
