U9-H not detected by pc

Hi ,

If anyone can help please, I followed the instructions as you mentioned for manual firmware update for the latest update for u9-h. I did press and hold the power button when power plug in and released to press again for 6 seconds when connected to PC for burning tool to pick up detect the Minix box. But it didn't work, burning tool didn't recognise the minix unit. Also when full screen browser it turns green, can you please help solve my issue.
