Hi.my problem is to see frequency 2.4 connected correctly ...... with a speed equal to 0 ... so I have described that maybe my box is defective !!!!!!!
And now it finnally connected! ?
I didn't pray, so I don't think it helps, it might also be worth trying
Me too!I'm able to connect to the U22-XJ on 2.4 and 5G. without issue.
I think the best solution and configuration are:
Routers with WIFI smart connect enable.
The routers automaticaly select/adjust the best 2.4GHZ or 5GHZ WIFI band, of course this requires that the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi networks use the same SSID, security options, and password.
I always have this setup with zero problems.
True! There are many factors that interfere with WIFi such as walls, distance, etc.
True!
My router on the main floor is more or less in the center of that floor. My kids always complained that the Wifi was the worse when they were close to it. Data is a expensive here in Canada and they pay their own phone plans, so they truly let me know when they can't connect with their Iphones.
Me on the other hand, I never have any issues with either my phone or laptop.......I would just tease them and them to get an Android phone!...
When they moved only a few feet away or to another room on the same floor the signal was better and could connect easier for some reason
yes it is a idea. The signal in my boxes can be improved or affected by simply moving them a few inches over the desk! I now marked the exact spot for better WiFi connection.
That is as funny as hell I suppose every generation has it's problems, I remember my fathers solution to a better TV reception was to put his briefcase on top of the TV and then put the bunny ears on top of the briefcase for the perfect heightThe signal in my boxes can be improved or affected by simply moving them a few inches over the desk! I now marked the exact spot for better WiFi connection.
Glad you fixed, well done. For clarity I assume you set static on your router (reserved ip) rather than on the U22 itself, the reason I ask is that reports have been made that static ip cannot be saved on the U22, myself included.update ...... problem solved .... with static ip setting wifi 2.4 .... so the "problem" seemed to be dhcp .... speed returned as it should ......
I almost sure that you did other thing and you now are able to connect to 2.4ghz.i set ip wifi 2.4 static on u22 .... you can do it .... i don't know for now with ethernet ..... wifi yes
Ok... if it works for you.no no .... just this .... set static ip to u22 .... off and on again box
