Coreelec V19 Matrix stable is out.

Note : There is currently no support for GXBB and GXM (S905 and S912 respectively) based devices as these SoC are EOL and there are multiple devices with newer SoC available.
Just a small note to point out that the legacy 9.2.x builds of CoreELEC with the older Kodi 18.9 will still be made available for devices that can't be upgraded to the next major version of CoreELEC and for users who might not want to upgrade to Matrix right away.

9.2.x builds won't see new features, but will still see some maintenance(some bug fixes and security updates) when possible.
