Hi. I am stuck in a restricted account. Activated by mistake such account and defined a PIN as requested. While I do remember the PIN I defined I cannot find any process to exit so I can use such PIN. Tried to reboot but after a few seconds, very few, the system goes automatically to restricted profile. How can I exit such restricted profile or, alternatively, reboot to factory settings... anyone has ideas? Thanks.

It's stunning to me that there's no warning on entering restricted mode. On the contrary, we provide a PIN, which indicates that turning restricted mode off again it's simply a matter of entering the PIN. But apparently the PIN is useless as there's no way to exit, short of factory resetting.
Hi i bought minix u9h form a guy, and the box has a soft from regional internet/telecomunication provider on it. I cant litteraly do anything with the box. I tried to update it to andoid 7.1.2 but i have an error while doing it via the burning tool. The factory reset doesnt help neither, the soft still instaled on it. What can i do to instal mb a clear version of andoid on my box?

Unfortunately this doesn't work neither. While updating it, i have an error [0x10105002] romcode/initialize DDR/ read initialize... with both versions (6.0 and 7.1.2)
